What are the types of leases?

Subsequent year and registration tax

When registering a rental agreement for the first time, it is compulsory to pay registration tax, which can be paid for the entire term of the lease or for a single annuity.
If you opt for the second solution, you will have to pay the registration tax for the following annuity within 30 days of the expiry of the previous one.

Extension

Disposal and Termination

During the term of a tenancy agreement, it is possible for the landlord (owner) or tenant (tenant) to be replaced.
In this circumstance, too, one has to go to the tax office and pay the tax for the assignment/subrogation within 30 days of its effective date. The same applies to termination if the relationship between the parties is terminated before the end of the contract.
